In 2012, shortly following the completion of her Master's degree, Emily decided to record and self-produce her first album, BASS SOUNDS. The album focused on 17th century repertoire for unaccompanied cello and was released in February 2013. She followed the release with BASS SOUNDS: Evolved in July 2014, focusing on unaccompanied cello pieces from the 18th century. In October 2014, Emily collaborated on an electronic album remixing baroque pieces into electronic dance music. The innovative remix album, entitled OldStyle, bridges the gap between this old repertoire and modern music.
